Fancy Bets Terms & Conditions – What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

By using the Fancy Bets website and app, you are confirming that you fully agree to these terms and conditions. If you object to any of the terms, please refrain from using the service.

These rules apply to all services on Fancy Bets — Sports Betting, casino games, Live Casino, virtual sports, and any other features. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions and will be listed separately on the promotions page.

To open an account with Fancy Bets, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and address.
• One Account Only: One person, one phone number, one account — no exceptions.
• Your Account: Opening an account on behalf of, or in the name of, another person is prohibited.
• Mobile Verification: After registration, verifying your mobile number via OTP is mandatory.

• Deposits are normally credited to your account instantly. If yours hasn't come through, please contact support with your payment reference number.
• The mobile number used for withdrawals must be registered in your own name.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first fulfill the associated wagering requirements.
• Fancy Bets reserves the right to hold payments on suspicious transactions until verification is complete.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may vary depending on your VIP tier.

When placing bets on Fancy Bets, the following rules apply:

• Bet Confirmation: Once you confirm a bet, it is considered final. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation (except where a Cash Out option is available).
• Odds Changes: If the odds change while you are placing a bet, Fancy Bets will display the updated odds and give you the option to accept or cancel.
• Minimum Bet: A minimum bet of ৳10 can be placed on any market.
• Maximum Bet: Maximum bet limits vary by market and event, and will be shown on the betting slip.
• Technical Error: If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Fancy Bets reserves the right to void that bet.
• Event Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be refunded.
• Live Betting: Normal latency may occur when placing bets during a live match. Bets may be voided based on events that take place during the delay.

To participate in Fancy Bets bonus and promotion programs, you must comply with the general terms below. Each bonus may have its own specific conditions, which will be displayed on the offer's detail page.

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus carries a wagering requirement. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ৳5,000 in bets before you can withdraw a ৳500 bonus.
• Expiry: Every bonus must be used within a specified time period. Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.
• Minimum Odds: Bets placed to meet wagering requirements generally must be at minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.
• One Bonus at a Time: Using multiple bonuses at the same time is generally not permitted unless stated otherwise in the offer.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to collect or exploit bonuses in an unusual manner through system manipulation may result in account closure.
• No-Deposit Free Bet: Free bets awarded after registration cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.

Fancy Bets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time. However, no changes will be made to a bonus that is already in progress.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Fancy Bets and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating more than one account under the same person.
• Using another person's account, or allowing someone else to use yours.
• Attempting to exploit system or odds vulnerabilities to generate abnormal profits.
• Money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to pass KYC using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate bets.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to claim the same offer multiple times using different accounts.

An account may be closed for two reasons – either the member requests closure, or Fancy Bets closes it due to a breach of the rules.

• Voluntary Closure: You can close your account at any time by going to your account settings or contacting support. It's advisable to withdraw your balance before closing.
• Responsible Betting Off: To help prevent excessive betting, you can place a voluntary temporary Self-Exclusion on your account – from 7 days up to 1 year.
• Closure for Rule Violations: If you engage in any of the prohibited activities listed in Section 6, Fancy Bets reserves the right to close your account without prior notice.
• Inactive Accounts: If there is no activity on your account for 12 consecutive months, it may be declared Dormant and a monthly maintenance fee may be deducted.

• Information may be shared to fulfill legal obligations at the request of regulatory authorities.

Fancy Bets is not liable for the following:

• If a bet could not be confirmed due to loss of internet connection.
• When transaction delays occur due to third-party payment gateways.
• If a member shares their password or fails to take reasonable steps to secure their account.
• For financial losses incurred through betting – betting is entirely a risk-based form of entertainment.
